1. Almost 11hrs daily duty some times more. 2. Very Bad salary scale 3. Very Very Long appraisal system take 3/4 months for apprisal. 4. Basic facilities is horrible like canteen, toilet all are horrible. when some guest or MD comes then on that they it looks cleaned otherwise just too dirty, normal people cant use. 5. Leave policy is very very poor, management ask you to work on your daily off day but when you ask for a holiday or for family vacation then they denied. 6. Even on national holiday they ask you to come. 7. Bad bad language are used by senior, no work environment. 8. No family life. if you have family then don't come. 9. Very Rude seniors 10. Salary scale is poor as per same industry concern.
