I’ve had a very positive experience with this company. The work culture is supportive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on people. From day one, team members have been approachable and encouraging, making it easy to learn and grow. There’s a strong sense of collaboration — people work together to solve problems and celebrate successes.

However, the salary increment is relatively low compared to market expectations. Career progression in terms of pay can be slow — for example, an increase of around $1,000 may require at least three years of service. This may be a consideration for employees who prioritize faster financial growth.

Meetings arent like a warzone. Salary is paid on time.
