Firstly, I need to add that this is a very good place to learn teamwork, in fact, teamwork is being preached by the entire management team, and you will get called out if you do not have teamwork. People are even shouting in office about team work so you can tell how important that is. There are still many people around who give it their all and it has been my honor to be able to work with them. Breakdown on the 3 stars that I've given. First star to all of the hardworking employees in there, I believe you all know who you guys are. Second star to the PMs, who have shown/taught me what is responsibility and dedication towards work. Last star for the bosses in PS, who've shown what it means to be a true/good leader and mentor. To be fair to the critical reviews on HR, we do have a responsible HR if you ask the right person :) All the best to everyone.

no training benefits, management doesn't seem to care about growth of employees. The only good benefit is "unlimited" work from home. Management doesn't seem to care about growth of employees. We say we are a startup, but from my personal perspective, company is run like a MNC or disaster. There are days where I ponder to myself, "when will we be hiring an architect?" I'd say that salary is just average, not that competitive as of this date. Performance review process last year which was created by management, seeks to destroy employees' morale rather than boost it. Certain seniors don't really deserve their positions, no leadership and responsibility. Management seems to be losing touch with people on the ground.
