The worst company I have ever worked for. Manager has 0 trust in employees to the point of wanting to read every email before it gets sent out to customers, instant red flag that there is that little trust in employees that their office is locked every time they go to the bathroom. If you want to be discriminated against and have no autonomy in your role then this an ideal working environment. Managers communication style is aggressive internally and externally which will be why the brand is always a challenger brand in the uk and will never dominate the market.
