Very impressed with this place: paychecks arrive early, which is always a nice surprise. HR is on the ball—super quick to respond to anything you need. The tech managers really know their stuff, making complex projects a lot easier to handle. Plus, there are tons of training events to help you up your game.

Tech people have bad communication skills that is not professional, even Its hard to understand their written comments due to low English level. you may spend days waiting to get your pull request approved, You may hear harsh feedbacks during meetings, and reviews which makes you stressed. Tech people doesn't answer messages or questions in chat, they are busy.. not have time for your questions.. You can't pick the task you like to work on, lead will pick task for you, you will should wait and wait not managing time effeciently meetings takes more than the planned time slots You feel that you dont belong to this family & culture.
