Demonstrated history of bad, rash decision-making without clear goals or direction in mind. Primary investors are just here to make a buck and don't have a reasonable plan of execution to achieve the goal. Management has no people skills, minimal software skills, and has all but killed the hardware business (even more than the 2010s have already killed it). If you're considering this company, ensure that your job description is well-defined. That way when it is nothing like described, you have some recourse for negotiation.
