VC3’s turnover is in line with national, technology industry and other MSP averages. If you worked with our help desk/first call resolution team, this team has frequent promotions to other areas within VC3, which allows us to hire new team members on a regular basis. Due to your short tenure with VC3 you may not have been able to experience all of the opportunities that are available. It is hard to address some of the other comments without specific information. We use industry specific software systems that track every client ticket, environment and service level; and each of our positions have responsibilities and key performance indicators listed on our interactive organizational chart.
