The services provided are both essential and impactful, it feels good knowing your work contributes to the greater good. Collaborative culture among peers, with lots of learning opportunities.

Sales leadership is inconsistent. While some managers are excellent, others lack the experience or approach needed to support and develop their sales reps. High turnover in the sales team can be traced back to a lack of support or misalignment with direct manager. Top tier salespeople are brought in, but their potential is sometimes stifled by internal roadblocks rather than nurtured with proper coaching.
