Management often prioritizes appeasing clients over supporting staff, leaving employees feeling blamed and undervalued • Company resources are not meaningfully reinvested into staffing, compensation, or employee support • Recognition efforts feel superficial and out of touch with actual workplace needs • Overall, a poorly managed organization with low morale and insufficient support for employees. I would not recommend it
