You will be work peacefully if you work morethan 12+ hours. As per HR policy work is 8hr but the 12+ work they call its call for duty which has to be performed total 7 days a week. After performing such rigours duty, arrogant dictators wouldn't believe that you done any work. These arrogant dictator insults team members in daily meeting and tells that they will strictly monitor everyone and everyone taking salary without any doing work. At the friday morning they tell that you didnt performed any work so work over weekend also without any componsations. If you resisted then be on their target. These dictators not belong to technical team, they might specificly paid to overload you with work with insulting you. worse work agreement. Spineless HR team. No work life balance. No respect on workplace. Slavry with diatribe every single day.

Flexible timing. Good Team leads. Good work life balance. Good place for fresher to start with but ofcourse not for long term.

First impression of the company once entered in worst. HR takes hell lot time for small things. Infact, u can expect ur firm's ID card in 2 months, not before that. Package offered at time of interview and given in hand is different. U cant expect knowledge growth here. No discipline. No professionalism. Disaster of SDLC and STLC.

Only the memories of it once being a good company

Earlier it was 2nd then 5th after that 15th then 18th and now there is a mail that says the salaries will be disbursed in parts and subject to payment clearances from the clients. The company is planning to restructure.They want the existing employees to leave but the way they are dealing with it is completely unprofessional. Employees are resigning every other day which is aweful considering that the overall strength is not even 150.
