Good place to work very flexible

Besides the “top two” who appear to run the show, everyone else is great people.

Promises were made that positive changes would be made to take the company in a better direction after some management changes were made earlier in the year. Those words were exactly that, words. No actions to change the culture. No one is held accountable for their actions which is an awful trait to have with a sales department. Delegating isn’t done. Instead one person holds everything close to the chest and does it all. There is zero loyalty to employees except the favorites. All decisions are made with hast and no logic.
