I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working at VERT. The company provides strong support, meaningful benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. The work itself can be challenging, especially given the emergency service nature of the industry. You have to be flexible and ready to respond when customers are dealing with floods, fires, or other stressful situations. That said, it’s also very rewarding to be a part of helping people move forward after difficult situations. What stands out most to me is the people.
