Svantaggi

Good community creates somewhat noisy office. If you are not a home-office person, noise-cancelling headphones are a blessing. Founders are catching up with large growth and becoming managers, but it is a process.

Proven product-market fit. Paying clients across Europe. Trustworthy, bullshit-less founders. Very nice offices in a modern coworking space in the city center. There is a barista on-site and a rooftop terrace. Salaries are competitive in Bratislava - Slovak bubble.

Svantaggi

Only locally hiring - no international colleagues. Most of the team members have no previous experience in a startup environment. They were not a part of decision-making in previous, larger, employers, so many times they do not understand the context or wider implications of certain decisions. Also, they do not understand the role of other teams, as they did not get cooperate closely with such teams in previous companies. A lot of stubborn people on the team.
