Massive amount of people got fired 6) The systems used is old, complicated and redundant 7) Company identity - Employees are entitled to 30% discount on company brands (eg Timberland, Kipling, Vans). This discount is insignificant. You can get better deal at premium outlets (> 50% discount) 8) There is not much room for growth in KL. The positions here are stagnant to only senior manager. Other position would be in Singapore
