None . This company uses employees to do all the dirty work . They want to us to lie and sell services and the clients think we make money from it. We make millions in sales but unfortunately staff dont receive anything .

Managers sit and do nothing whole day, they have dumb meetings which could have basically been an email! . They think we have free time to hear their rants about getting more sales. They created an incentive scheme which is not achievable , we make millions in sales for the month but staff get like r300 or r500 at most . It has been designed so staff doesn't earn anything. Management doesn't allow us to join a trade union! The embassy is paying vfsglobal per application submitted but vfsglobal tells the staff they dont have money !. How do you have money to buy management lunch everyday? How do you have money to send managers on travel around the world !..they send employees to work in other foreign locations and pay for expensive stays in hotels .. where do you have that money when you state you struggling to pay us a decent wage . Vfsglobal states the salaries are benchmarked , that's ridiculous how can a submissions officer earn the same as a security guard ?.. thats not benchmarking that's exploitation. Supervisors transferred over and became deputy managers .. there's more responsibilities and more duties but they did not increase the salary ! Hr and operational management state its part of your duties ! ..let me highlight that there was never these duties in the previous company! There isn't equal distribution of employee benefits.. some staff get provident fund and 13 th cheque while others don't.. how is this fair ? This company needs to be unionized to ensure fair practices are implemented!

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
