Long working hours Poor Management Poor Teamwork Internal Politics Is Worst Juniors are treated like crap by seniors If you have to do some work which may reward you, seniors always grabs the work and do it by themselves to show how superior they are and how juniors are not good at work Most Important: Salary is F**king low according to the industry standards. Imagine working for straight 2 years with INR 15000 per month in the area like Mumbai. Growth in management / promotion chances are very less and even if you are promoted, you are not paid as per the industry.
