I have made a GDPR request to retrieve all the information the company holds on me. They replied saying they won't provide the data since I will use it to take them to court.
ICO confirmed that the GDPR requests must be treated purpose blind and companies have to provide the data regardless. I have raised a formal complaint with the Data Office in VFS and will wait 30 days according to ICO rules and take them to court.
