Bad, V bad Only senior Managers are enjoying their benefit and salary, others they are getting just salary, overtime no time and how much you will get because company is always in loss as per manages. travelling out you need to invest from your pocket and follow up with company like a beggar. Favor ism and discrimination of nationalities, no bonus last two years only fake promise. Saudi nationals will get for sure

Always ready to cut of benefits called cost cutting. they have speedup policy but if u speak, your name will be in list of termination or transfer to make u suffer. you will never get position and increment, that is for 180 SAR Last year

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
