Employees were frequently pressured to work beyond their scheduled shifts due to poor staffing, but overtime pay was often delayed or denied. Employees are expected to handle excessive workloads with no additional support, leading to burnout. Management lacks clear direction, leading to constant confusion and last-minute changes. Hard work is rarely rewarded—advancement depends on connections, not merit. Complaints about workload or unfair treatment are ignored.

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
