Regarding the 360-degree feedback program, we want to highlight that we already have this system in place, along with regular employee surveys to give everyone the opportunity to provide honest feedback. In terms of employee development, we are committed to providing opportunities for everyone, not just those in front office. We are actively working on expanding these at the moment.
