Vantaggi

The pay is poor but the effort is minimal. It's not rocket science. And the customers are not angry and raging, so it's mellow. You get constant help by the supervisors. MOST of them are nice, with a couple of exceptions. So you're not alone. Not a bad gig. Paid bi-weekly. You get to pick your hours.

Svantaggi

One of the supervisors is snarky and micromanaging and sometimes correction reps in the group chat instead of privately. She's a relative to one of the bosses so she's not going anywhere. The pay is dismal and I heard what one of the supervisors was getting paid having worked there for over a decade and she was getting same pay as us! Now they got us making outbound calls to hock their services. I signed up for CSR not sales!!! Getting hours is like fighting piranahs in bloody waters. They have reps that don't show up. So they hire more people than they can use and sometimes getting 20 hours which is mandatory is not possible. They are growing and along with it is all the hiccups of having done something a certain way and with the new growth figuring out the smarter approach to an old problem.
