The CEO seems to enjoy calling people out in slack. Comments like ‘I literally do not care what anyone says’ and ‘I’m happy to take the time to Google that for you’ are among the kinder things he’s said to people. Engineering is a good team but most talent there have moved on. The CISO can’t seem to hold a team together because she micromanages across topic areas she has little practical experience. Product is busy trying to build half-baked solutions because, to no fault of their own, they take instruction from leaders who have zero experience in the areas they are trying to build solutions for. Leadership flows from the top down, good or bad, and you can see that in how miserable it is to work here and why so many qualified and competent people left.
