      Due to recent growth company has got rid of leaders who were there from the beginning. Now there are lot of leaders from other big corporates joining and try to make more corporate culture. Things such as stopping promotions and no travel policy despite company making decent money are just some of those acts. In last year they had a policy of below-inflation salary increments which made long-term tenure at the company a questionable one.

      1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
