Worked with some really good members of staff who were very knowledgable. Good pay and benefits for all positions within the company.

Quire an old fashioned culture. No continuous improvement plans and little communication from senior management on important issues.

Strong heritage and proud history means that the company has a solid foundation. Great product and some very strong people in the business.

Very little investment in the admin people. No training, appraisals etc and no sense of community within the workforce. Senior management weak in places.
