I have been provided with high quality continuing education and ongoing training. VIA has entire teams dedicated on enhancing and improving in all areas as an organization. They listen and value input from their employees. They offer employee benefits and incentives. VIA has a fantastic HR team as well.

      Great working hours with continuous access to supervision and training.

      Access to unlimited hours is behind a paywall, and I've seen some people take up to 7 years to become a BCBA.
