Via Technical is an excellent company. It's a smaller team offering a great culture and growth opportunity. Everyone has a voice and their opinions are heard. It's definitely a place where opportunity is what you make it. There is little red tape and if you want to move into sales, leadership roles, etc. then this is the place to make it happen! Everyone who works at VIA is friendly and they also have a lot of team building events, as well as networking opportunities. I would recommend to anyone who is a hard worker and looking to grow their skills/career.

VIA is a smaller company with very little micro-management and hand holding. VIA provides an excellent platform for those who want to work hard and have a voice. However, if you are looking for a company like the larger Staffing Firms- where every number is watched, there is a lot of turnover, and you don't have the freedom to recruit other than hitting a daily number count- then VIA may not be for you. They employees who succeed at VIA are truly driven and people who do not require a lot of hand-holding/structure.
