VIC is a good company to work for. People are great.

No cons. I enjoyed my time while I worked there.

Most of the staff are nice people.

The management is a nightmare. The new CEO has no regard for employees and treats everyone except a few people in upper management with no respect. Many experienced people left the company as a direct result of the new CEO and his actions.
