Zero management oversight when needed, micromanagement when least helpful. You will be allowed at times to drift with nothing to do while seemingly everyone else in the company runs at 200% capacity. Requests for additional responsibility or for help with a project are frequently ignored or met with hostility. Don't bother suggesting a process or product improvement or asking whether there's a market for new features/devices. Research doesn't matter here. If you have career advancement plans this is also not the place for you. Promotions are non-existent and your job description and title will occasionally be changed without your consent and sometimes without you being notified. If you are asked what you think of a possible job change, it has already happened and this is their way of telling you.
