During holidays, especially Christmas, it becomes extremely busy. The closer to the holiday the more your on your feet & may not have a chance to take a break.

Unfortunately, my tenure at VIP Holiday Photos was overwhelmingly negative due to severe leadership deficiencies and unethical business practices. The company suffers from a lack of clear direction and guidance from management, which often results in confusion and inefficiency among staff. Communication gaps between upper management and front-line employees exacerbate the issue, leading to inconsistent policy enforcement and decision-making. A significant concern is the unfair wage structure that does not compensate for the demands placed on employees, especially during peak season. Full-time employees find the healthcare benefits to be inadequate, offering minimal coverage that does not meet the needs of the staff, reflecting a broader disregard for employee welfare. The workplace culture is marred by office drama and politics, which distract from productivity and create an uncomfortable environment. Leadership seems more invested in personal gains and managing internal politics than in fostering a supportive and ethical workplace.
