It was a Good Salary, in charge of your own team. As the service manager I had total control over my people. The company believes in employee development and will spend a lot of money helping you strengthen your portfolio.

They expect way more out of a service manager than a typical company. They won't bat an eyelash at watching you work 70+ hours a week with zero days off. They claim to be family oriented, but are not concerned with keeping you from yours.
