Lack of any real training, lack of people to handle the phone queues, NO RAISES. The Consumer side of support only had around 8-10 people to handle all calls from customers, so wait times could be atrocious. I was told that the only way I, or the others on our team, would get a raise was to move to another department that paid more. The pay was so little that I frequently took home some of the free food the company bought for the break room just so I could eat at night.
