Supported management - as a cam you are supported by multiple team leads, their team members, and you are supported by a number of senior managers, and the director of operations. If none of them can help, the CEO will jump in to assist as well. Diversity - the team is made up of talented and interesting individuals that come from different backgrounds and cultures. Flexibility- after a probationary period, cams are offered a flexible schedule.
