      Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! Since this review, we have been working to increase our pay and include new benefits to our portfolio. We have added a 401(k) policy to our package as of 2022, and we are hoping to add dental and vision soon!

      Lots of opportunity for growth. The company likes to promote from within and VIS is growing, so there are new positions that open up. Supported management - as a cam you are supported by multiple team leads, their team members, and you are supported by a number of senior managers, and the director of operations. If none of them can help, the CEO will jump in to assist as well. Diversity - the team is made up of talented and interesting individuals that come from different backgrounds and cultures. Flexibility- after a probationary period, cams are offered a flexible schedule.
