Honorable. They do what they say they will.

TDS is working very hard to reduce head count and reduce customer service quality. TDS does not care about increasing customer churn as they have such a warped view of churn from their traditional telco divisions.

If you are under 40, you have nothing to worry about. In fact, you really don't need to even work hard.

If you are of the older generation, worry about the job being long term.
