This place in my opinion is a catastrophe, and should be shut down.
It is not what you know, but who you know.
A terrible experience overall. I am so happy I left, it was depressing.
Billable hours are so important and if you don’t have them you will be fired and they will just hire someone new, talk about a huge waste of money, as learning the system is not easy.
Canadian management is horrendous, and everything is extremely micromanaged.
Also very odd that there are two posts from May 1 2018 coincidentally on this site, probably to offset the latest reviews, but just a speculation.
Once such a great place and now 90% of consultants are juniors.
This is a place I will never consider or recommend to anyone!

Be warned, it’s not a place for long term employees, turnaround is incredibly high lately. As so many people have been fired. No learning. They send the new GMs who know nothing about SAP to conferences. Consultants never go which is stupid.
Working here for me and many others was a dreadful experience, you have been warned.
