They are lots. 1. Lot of pressure to do research without any support from the institute. 2. No PDA for faculty. 3. They provide a laptop but deduct 30% amount from employee salary. 4. Attendance by finger punching card swapping. All top universities don't take their faculty attendance. 5. All meetings are compulsory. 6. DA is not sync with the central government. 7. Faculty rooms are small, in Vellore campus. 8. NO Acs in the faculty chamber. 9. Lot of additional work like uploading attendance, SLR mapping, and may more. 10. No TA's are available to help in labs and sheets corrections. 11. Very limited housing available for faculty.
