For a majority of my time there there was no paid time off. Now there is less and less work available as the company transitions to AI. Even when times were good and the industry was good they treated people poorly. When you treat employees badly, don't pay enough and provide terrible benefits the work suffers. People excel at their jobs when they are happy.
