Great team! Friendly, intelligent, open-minded, no-BS kind of staff - no squares or ingenuine personalities. Easily approachable and surprisingly transparent management that inspires loyalty. Opportunity for personal growth if you are self-motivated. Occasional get-togethers with the whole staff keep morale up. Management is open to change and willing to try new things/approaches if you can make a case. A decent variety of work comes through so monotony is somewhat avoidable. The company has recently gotten over some humps but seems to be heading in a better direction now. This company has allowed me some time to hone my current skillset and learn new skills on-the-job, which I believe to be essential in the ever-changing world of digital marketing.
