      - A handful of amazing and devoted people

      - Absolutely no work/life balance, no flexibility, only the leadership team seems to be able to take annual leave or work from home. Most employees don't get to take normal or even emergency, parental, bereavement leave etc. - No structure whatsoever, no processes in place - Very high and constant stress - Constant hypocrisy from leadership team feeding a work culture where everyone is forced to spy on everyone: no wonder most new starters leave within a year of joining. - Leadership team mixes professional and personal: picks contributors and preferred partners amongst their personal friends even when the work delivered is less than average, leaving most employees to feel discouraged and frustrated

      Thanks so much for leaving us a review. We love how collaborative Vixio is and it's great to see you calling that out as a plus. As a small organisation we aim to be flexible to give people opportunity to grow and develop, and it's lovely to see that you've experience this. We're doing a lot at speed, and so sometimes we will figure our processes out, we're always here to listen if we can make improvements. The time zone difference between the UK and US can be tricky, we manage it as best we can, any suggestions for how to improve it - we'd love to hear them!

You really feel like management values your time and well-being, which boosts morale and makes coming to work a rewarding experience.

      One downside is that the salary may be slightly lower than what some larger companies offer. However, the positive environment and flexibility make it a worthwhile trade-off for many who prioritize culture and work-life balance. Being a UK-based company, sometimes there is a disconnect between the London and DC office. However, mgmt seems to be trying to bridge the gap.

      Hi, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It's great to see even after being with us for a number of years that you still enjoy working for Vixio. We absolutely pride ourself on our collaboration and it is important to us that our people have a good work-life balance. We aim to pay people fairly for the work that they do, and we do regularly review our salaries to make sure we're paying market rates. With having offices in different locations and time zones keeping them connected remains a constant focus, and it's something we're always looking to improve on. We'll also continue to focus on our communication and will always look to share our future plans.
