None. There is zero organization, rhyme, or reason to any processes. The quotas are unattainable. Leadership does anything but support the Sales team. We're left on islands with no resources or support to succeed.

Svantaggi

Extremely high quotas with little to no leads coming in. No direction of how to achieve success. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing within the company. Negativity and criticism is brought to every internal cal.
