Under new management this agency has become a toxic and vile place to work. At every level people have been lied to, bullied, humiliated and laughed at with many people on long term mental health sick leave. The entire leadership team, with the exception of the new Managing Director, have resigned due to mental health as a result of the bullying. They will say the nicest things to you at interview and you will be a favorite...for a short while. Executive management continues to ignore the toxic culture and the highest turnover rate for an advertising agency in a long time.
