When I joined last year, the interview process was extremely quick. They confirmed my offer on Monday and asked me to join by Wednesday. Later I realized the reason — many employees were already on their notice period, and even when I left, a large number of people were still serving notice. The HR team was extremely poor and mostly focused on covering for the founders, who were often rude and showed clear favoritism. Despite operating for years, the company still feels very poorly managed. Some managers are good, but overall leadership and processes are weak. What bothered me the most was how HR asked employees to sit in a meeting room and post positive reviews about the company on review websites. I had to do it too, which is why many ratings online don’t feel genuine. There is no work-from-home option, the attendance system is terrible, and work-life balance is almost non-existent. They also make employees serve the full three-month notice period and often don’t allow early exits due to staff shortages. Overall, my experience was very negative.
