Management stop treating Support Engineer's as call center agents, VMware is a Enterprise class product companies. Afraid that its going to loose the charm if the trend continues.... High iteration rate, Management doesn't care about experienced employees.. People also don't care because they get better opportunities ahead.. but that doesn't mean that one should not value Employee... Peers in other centers are treated well...
