salary could be higher (they pay is low here), no office as every team member works from home (some times i wish to get away from home), no free gym membership.

Projects are interesting and there are always new ones available (keeps it interesting). Colleagues are friendly and the environment is familial.

Always pay salaries on time, delays in salaries will create a frustration among employees.
