Overall there's a bad office environment with the upper management, not much room for any creativity, poor communication, and the salaries/benefits aren't great

Owner has no clue on how to run a business in the US. No vacation or personal pay for 1 year lose pay for days off. It's criminal the way they run it. No break or time for lunch. No training or direction. Finger print sign in and out you can work late but docked if your late . It has to be illegal.
