Disorganized, haphazard company - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso VP Racing Fuels

Management was constantly changing their minds. One sales manager was allowed to do one thing outside of policy and another wanted to do something outside of policy. Not one manager followed protocol completely. All managers were allowed to pick and choice the company policies they wanted to adhere to. Those of us under the individual manager's, were constantly watched for using our personal phone even if there was documentation of management stating to text them. Nothing was understood by any employee. Everything was left to pure favoritism of employees to managers. In only three months I watched 5 separate employees fired for things that were not their fault.
