Unreliable people - Recensione dipendente - Senior Management presso VResorts

Are you kidding me?? No pros are there for the employees. The people here are so unprofessional and dumb to understand what hospitality is.

Ohh!! I can write an essay on it, however i will keep it short for you. - HR is so illiterate that he don't know what he is doing. He is just like any other slave in the organisation. - no basic rules to be followed. - not up to their words. - CEO is one of the rudest lady i have ever came across till now, a woman who literally abuses on the team and not open for suggestions. - every 7th of the month is the salary date but you wont get your salary on time EVER. - higher management, who does property acquisition, don't even posses an ability to understand if the property can be operational or not. One of my friend stayed at V Resort Mussoorie and now he is not friend anymore. 😂. - every Monday is more like a nightmare for everyone as the CEO makes sure she will make & keep your life nothing less than hell, she will yell, shout, tell you that you are not worthy for the position and may be abuse you. IN SHORT: no job satisfaction, no stability( if you are not a close friend to CEO), no career growth. A big NO NO!!

There are none ya beleive me none. My main purpose of this review is to save time and energy of other people who are thinking to waste their time and energy for this circus company.

Highly unorganized company from ground zero to top level managment.Starting from their Resorts and thier expansion plans they are just concerned regarding their sales and after that they hell care about their customers. Speaking about their CEO i have never seen such an unethical , unproffesional person leading an organization if you do something aganist her wishes and try to suggest a point you are sure shot to get some abuses from her yes you heard it right ABUSES. In few words a big LALA COMPANY. On every monday their is a review which happens but in other words it is the day when CEO comes and vents out her anger on you. Clearly a big nightmare for any person who is looking forward to join this circus.
