No Management - Recensione dipendente - Fire Sprinkler Designer presso VSC Fire & Security

VSC fails to give employees a safe and effective work environment. I witnessed an employee get into several altercations that about became physical. The altercations was to the point where he had to be physically restrained. This same employee has showed up to the office intoxicated several times, abused the PTO policy, and can't seem to get fired. Of course that's because he's best friends with the branch manager. Human Resources and corporate level management are essentially useless, and unless you are from Arkansas there is no room for you to grow in this company.
