Plenty, it may sound undue criticism, however, a great company has gone wrong since Compass took over tried to turn it into a catering/cleaning company and run like a sandwich shop. They need to listen to their staff and keep the expertise by putting some money into the staff , retention of talent and focusing on security. Compass implemented their polices without understanding the business and lost all the experience and talent. Its sad to see the company that used to win mulit-million pound contracts every month to lose even their best contracts to companies which weren't even their competition. The management may say that's because " we aren't the cheapest in the market" but the reality is that they didn't understand the business and refused to listen to the experienced and talented staff. Its a shame that all it has become is a cleaning services company!
