      I have worked at VSI for several years and it is a good job. I would recommend working here because of the environment and the people. I like the people I work with and they do a good job promoting people. There have been changes in the management over the last year, but the owners have started managing the company again and it is working good.

      Over the last year we added a lot of people to get business but the orders changed so they had to lay some people off. VSI did a great job of keeping the best people.

      Good people to work with and feel like I'm part of a team. Management is easy to talk to and keeps us in the loop on how the company is doing. Good benefits. I like working here and would recommend it.

      Sometimes other people don't show up to work which can make more work for the rest of us.

      Dynamic, small, nimble company in a thriving industry. Founder and executives very accessible. There are not many competitors with the parylene coating field. New building in Broomfield, CO.

      Not aggressive growth and outreach. Company strategy needs more specific direction. Recent layoffs. More organization systems required.
